Pepper was a free spirited, bright, young woman. Born to a loving middle class family Pepper has been a kind and loving person.  Who was an avid gardener and popular among peers, children and adults in her community.  But she has been murdered; who could have committed such a heinous act on beloved person like her.

Heather is a snotty, rich brat who jealous as she is petty.  Despite being popular and loved in her in right she is jealous of Pepper Philips since high school for reasons unknown.  This jealous has spilled over into their adulthood.  Heather has been known to be manipulative and usually gets others to do what she wants through her good looks.

Vic is a dudebro if there was anyway to say.  Insecure, overly macho and a homophobic douche.  He is Heather's 'boyfriend'. Whenever she isn't sneaking around on him.  He is an idiot and is easily manipulated by Heather.  He knows Pepper from school however he berates her for being slightly overweight.  However is secretly into it.

Casey is a loner.  He is creepy and usually can be found lurking around town.  He has been friends with Pepper since childhood. However when he attempted to further their relationship past friendship he was rebuffed and has become bitter.  Before Pepper's death she mentioned that she may have a stalker could this be him.
